Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a customer account has a credit as a result of an overpayment, the balance will be applied to the next month’s invoice. If it is a final invoice and the account has a credit balance a refund check will be issued for the amount of the credit.
